Powder blue color crush

You have probably also already noticed that pastels are more popular then ever. Major designers, like Burberry Prosum, Dior and Balmain all featured the trend in their Spring 2014 collections and already did so in their fall/winter collections.

As Spring is not completely here yet I decided to share with you today some layered looks combining different kind of textures in my favorite pastel, powder blue and will keep my ‘all pastels’ blogpost for later. All you need to create this look is a pair of jeans, a knitted high collared sweater, a pastel coat (also check out my post oversized coat trend), an all on trend mini bag (like this pretty  Proenza Shouler one in the picture) and some silver jewelry.

I am a big fan of monochrome outfits. I love how you can play with different textures and shades to make your outfit not only matching but also very interesting!
